• A new generation sensor technology combining the brand new magnetic field analytic technology and multi-turn counting module using Wiegand principle generates the rotary encoder which is free of magnetic field interference, small in size, sturdy and durable.
  The magnetic field of a permanent magnet fixed on the encoder shaft end is sensed by the sensor , its angle is analyzed by the processor, and meanwhile the number of turns is recorded.
  
  Based on the new generation sensor system and Wiegand technology, the performance of the encoder adopting Wiegand technology produced by Hein Lanz has reached the level of optical products.
  The encoder adopts a customized sensor and completes complex signal processing by a strong 32-bit microprocessor, which greatly improves resolution and accuracy (single-turn resolution 16bit). It takes only several microseconds to complete data processing. Meanwhile, the product is provided with an increment interface. Now the technology has been used in all encoder products produced by the company except photoelectric series.
  Wiegand technology brings great change to the multi-turn system of the encoder. As an energy collecting system, the system provides basic signals and energy for the multi-turn system based on Wiegand effect and completes the work of the multi-turn system. Because use of the battery may have many adverse effects on the product, the system abandons the battery link completely, prolongs service life of the product, reduces product weight and size and avoids harmful substances. The product impact resistance and vibration characteristic are also improved. The energy collection system is not affected by the rotating speed, and can provide a sufficient power supply for the counting electronic device in the absolute encoder. Verified by testing and actual application for many years, the system is free of maintenance even under severe environment, and the absolute position can be measured reliably.
